You can call or email us to book an appointment. We do not have any mobile techs, all of the work we do is done at our facility. The date we book you for will be your drop off date. We keep everyone in line according to the drop off date. We have a separate schedule for our Lifetime roof and our repairs.

We are open Monday to Friday only. Our office it open Monday to Thursday form 8AM to 5PM. On Fridays we are closed from 12PM-1PM, and may close before 5PM (Friday afternoon hours differ). For pick up or drop offs we are available on Monday to Thursday from 8AM to 12PM & 1PM to 4:30PM, and Friday from 8AM to 11AM. Our technicians have the option to work half a day on Friday, so we do not have anyone available after 11AM.
If your part is a special order, meaning it has to be made or it is not a normal stocked item, you will need to come pay for the part in full. Depending on what vendor it comes from or if it is a special order, depends on the type of deposit needed.
*A payment must be made before we order the parts. There is an extra 4% charge if a card is used.
If your part includes shipping, we do not get that price until the part comes in, so it will be paid once you come to pick it up.
Any item we have in stock, or is in stock by our local vendor, can be paid for at pick up time if the item is under $500.
We have some camper parts in stock, but some may also need to be ordered. To see what we have in store visit the home page and scroll down to the Our Store section. We get camper parts delivered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
We have two receiver hitches in stock, as well as the pins. All other truck parts will need to be ordered. We have truck parts delivered on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
For bedcovers, we only do three types:
*Undercover- it is a hard cover that only goes up and down. This can come in black or color matched and in two styles.
*BAKflip MX4- this is a trifolding bedcover. The one that we have here for display is similar to this cover but is not exact.
*Retrax- this one rolls into a canister that is below the back window. We offer the Retrax One MX and the Retrax Pro MX.
If you are needing hitches, steps, or any other accessory, it will have to be ordered. We will need to know the year, make, model, bed size, and/or cab size.
The Lifetime Roof install usually takes 2-3 weeks to complete, depending on your units’ size or repairs needed. The Lifetime Roof cost is $210 per linear foot. So, if your roof is 42ft long, the costs would be $210 x 42ft = $8,820.00 plus tax. Now if that is the length of your camper, your roof will be less than that. Your old rubber roof is completely removed with only the wood substrate remaining on the roof. If there are any damaged areas of wood, they are removed and replaced with a new sheet at the costs of $210 per sheet. Our leak free roof is sprayed directly on the wood substrate and over all seams, which eliminates the annual caulking maintenance. Our roof is lifetime warrantied against defects in material and workmanship, giving you a worry-free roof. New plumbing vents, AC gaskets, and AC covers are included in the price of the roof. If any other fixture is damaged, that would be an extra cost to replace it. We also remove your AC units and freshen them up before placing, it back on the roof. The AC is run before the roof is started and after it is completed, to make sure that the AC is running properly. If you have an antenna that cranks up or turns at the base, please note that those are not compatible with our roof. It would have to be changed to a King Jack Antenna which is currently running around $195. You can have your roof sprayed in beige, light grey, white, or it can be color matched at additional costs. The fixtures on the top of the roof are usually your choice of white or black due to the antenna being of those two colors. But if you would like your roof fixtures in a different color that can be arranged as well (only the antennas must keep their original color). If you have a skylight, those will be sprayed over with the color of your roof. The roof is made of Polyurea and coated at 3/16 of an inch thickness
We do offer an Annual Maintenance & Inspection that covers all of the important things to keep your camper in great shape (a copy of the sheet is on the home page).
*The AM&I cost $299. It is usually done in a day, but may not be put in the bay on the day of your drop off.
*Our techs will examine all items from the sheet and mark what they see. We then type up an estimate with parts and labor. Then we will call you to get approval to move on, or to stop all work.
Depending on what the problem is our techs may have to charge for a diagnosis, or may end up fixing the problem while looking for it. If this does occur, the charge for diagnosing or repairing will have to be paid regardless if other repairs will be done.
We can do camper repairs, but we do not do engine, chassis, or generator work. We do jobs regarding the slide out, plumbing, electrical (to an extent), awning, AC, checking brakes, and more. We can also do estimates, either for insurance or for personal. It is $300 for the estimate fee, but if the work is done, the fee is disregarded. The only insurances we do not take is National General & Geico, but we can still do an estimate for you to send off.
*If you want to book for an estimate or have other questions, call or email us.
It does take 2-3 weeks once we start on the unit. Due to the holidays and shortage of supplies we were behind, but as of now we are caught up and on time. Contact us if you would like an update on our current schedule.
*Please try to book with us when you do not plan on using your camper. We usually estimate around a month, but we always hope for shorter! Sometimes it can be unpredictable on a time frame. If a camper in front of you takes longer than expected, or if we have mechanical problems.
We are available to do storage for campers. It is $75 a month, and payment is made at the end of each month. You are more than welcome to use your unit whenever you'd like, just give us a heads up that you are coming pick up. Before you pick up we will need payment for the time that your camper was here, unless you pay for the full month, if you plan on bringing the unit back.
We do bedliners on Monday through Thursday, and drop off would be at 8AM. The bedliner can be completed usually around noon- 4PM. All truck accessories are done on Tuesday through Thursday only. If you are getting steps or bedcovers installed, they usually only take 30-45 minutes. Any hitches, airbags, or electrical accessories will be at least 2-8 hours.
Our spray in ProCoat bedliner bonds directly to any surface creating a permanent seal against water, rust, and corrosion. Due to it being more of a rough than smooth surface, any items you put on top will not slide around like before. Our bedliners can be color matched and top coated. The ProCoat bedliner is sprayed on top the bed as black, but over time the color can fade. With the UV Top coat, you wont have that problem. Oh, did I mention that our bedliner has a Lifetime warranty against workmanship and material defects.
*UV Topcoats is an estimated $150 extra.
*Short bed (under 8ft) bedliners are $450
*Long bed (8ft) bedliners are $525
*Service body trucks range from $625-$750
We can spray just about anything, but we will need to see it to verify. Some items may need to be sand blasted before we can spray, which is something we do not offer here. We have sprayed the outside of vehicles, trailers, boats, golf cart parts, and more.
*For special items we will have to see it before we can give you a quote.
We are open on Monday through Friday depending on holidays. Monday through Thursday you can pick up or drop off your camper from 8AM-4:30PM. On Friday our tech only work half a day, so any drop off or pick ups would have to be done before 11AM. Also, our techs are not available between 12PM-1PM for their lunch hour. Every Friday, our office will be closed from 12PM-1PM for company lunch. Afternoon office hours differ on Fridays.
*When you drop off your unit just pull into the rocks to the left of the drive way, facing the fence/gate. Please do not park in the grass, or block the driveway/gate. If you are picking up your unit, call us ahead and we can get the unit pulled out. If you are picking up, your unit will be parked facing the road in front of the fence.
*Please let the front desk know when you plan to drop off or pick up your unit.
